How We Work
Engagements begin with a private conversation. There is no application process, no intake form, and no obligation. A conversation is simply that — an opportunity to describe what the family is navigating and to determine whether the work we do is relevant to the questions being asked.
Direct Engagement with the Principal
All advisory, coaching, and Vedic consultation work at Vedicology Advisors is conducted directly by Praveen Saanker. There is no associate model. There is no delegation to junior consultants. There is no team that handles the engagement while the principal appears only at the outset.
This is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. The questions this practice addresses — succession, governance, family conflict, the psychological dimensions of wealth, the timing and alignment questions that Vedic frameworks illuminate — require the integration of several disciplines in a single conversation. That integration cannot be delegated, because it depends on the advisor holding all of these perspectives simultaneously rather than handing different aspects to different people.
Engagements are relationship-based rather than transactional. There is no fixed scope, no predetermined number of sessions, and no retainer structure designed around billable hours. We work with a family for as long as the questions require — sometimes that is a focused engagement over several weeks, sometimes it is a relationship that extends across years as the family navigates successive transitions.
The nature of the engagement depends on what the family brings. It may begin with succession planning and evolve into next-generation coaching. It may start as a Vastu consultation for a new family residence and surface broader questions about governance and decision-making. It may be a single conversation that provides the clarity a patriarch needed to make a decision he had been deferring. The practice adapts to the family, not the other way around.
Where We Work
Consultations are available in person in Chennai and Dubai, and remotely for clients elsewhere in India, across the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and internationally.
In-person engagements are conducted in private settings appropriate to the nature of the conversation. Remote consultations are conducted by secure video call and are structured to maintain the same depth and continuity as in-person work.
For families navigating relocation between India and the Gulf — a transition many of our clients are working through — the ability to meet in both geographies is not incidental. It reflects the reality of where these families live and operate.
